The first step was the website in order to bring it up to date and to develop a full online ecommerce booking system where prospective students could book courses for themselves and companies could book for their team members.
Part of the design and structure around this was to make the customer journey as easy and simple as possible. The team at the Academy needed to have access to update new course availability as well as to be able to increase or decrease course intake sizes which became massively important during the pandemic.
The social media strategy that was in place originally with the Academy was repetitive and spam like only promoting graphic course advert styled posts. We discussed a strategy about bringing more of an insight in to the people whom study at the Academy, their experiences and their successes since studying there. We also wanted to portray life on campus showing that studying at the Academy is not just a classroom experience but a hands on learning environment with their top notch state of the art facilities.
